Regalis is JP Stevens' official student-run yearbook, regarded for its excellence and dedication to the capture of every school year. With two Pacemaker Finalist recognitions from the National Scholastic Press Association, Regalis ranks among the top 56 yearbooks in the nation. It has also been awarded All-American Honors with Four Marks of Distinction from NSPA, Gold Medalist awards from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, and recognition from the International Press Association to make it one of the most decorated yearbooks among high schools in the nation.

Editors and staff members are selected each spring. A month later the real work begins: brainstorming. They start with thematic and layout decisions in May, which sets the groundwork for the year's work that covers September to April, right up to the highly anticipated yearbook delivery in June. Our 2025 theme, "We Started Here," showcases the connections throughout the diverse student body, highlighting those moments that bring our community together. It is demanding, where students work for countless hours in the yearbook room, but seeing a beautifully crafted publication that captures the history of JP Stevens makes every effort worthwhile.

The staff is open to all students. Aspiring writers, photographers, and designers are welcomed into the yearbook staff! The photography and design teams provide the editors with photo coverage and page design to ensure a visually appealing spread. All staff members will be responsible for finding quotes and writing creative body copies for their assigned pages, making each section a team effort of the yearbook.

Though it is much hard work, the process builds friendships and develops a sense of accomplishment as people work together to preserve the memories of each school year, contributing to JP’s lasting impact!
