All New Jersey public school districts are required to administer achievement tests developed by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE). The tests include the Start Strong Assessment, the New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment, New  Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) for English Language Arts and Math, and the New Jersey Student Learning Assessment for Science (NJSLA-S). These assessments are used to measure the success of our schools on the standards set by the Federal "Every Student Succeeds Act."
